From its Munich base, the company delivers select projects across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
Originally founded as a classic project development firm with a focus on high-end residential construction, Piccola Ma Carina has consistently evolved over the past few years. Today, we increasingly act as a project developer for investors and private clients with high expectations of design and quality.
We support projects from the initial concept and securing building rights through to final completion. With our experience in the design, planning, and execution of sophisticated projects and urban quarters, combined with a robust network of international designers, architects, engineers, and specialist consultants, we ensure that even complex ventures are structured and delivered reliably.
